About the Role

We are currently seeking a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate at ICON, you will play an essential role in supporting the safety monitoring and reporting of pharmaceutical products. You will contribute to ensuring the safety and efficacy of therapies by assisting in the collection, analysis, and communication of safety data in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate Job – Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with adverse event (AE) collection, assessment, and reporting in line with global pharmacovigilance (PV) regulations and ICON SOPs.
  • Support the preparation of safety reports for regulatory authorities and sponsors.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of pharmacovigilance documentation, including SOPs and safety management plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of PV systems, GVP regulations, and best practices.

 Pharmacovigilance Associate Job – Qualifications & Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or a related discipline.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance concepts is desirable (training is provided).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite; good analytical thinking.
