IHCRA Job Opportunity at ICON – Role Overview:
As an In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA), you will play a key role in supporting the successful planning, initiation, and management of clinical trials. Responsibilities include:
- Feasibility & Site Support: Assisting in site feasibility assessments, selection, and communication.
- Study Management: Supporting initiation, monitoring, and execution of trial activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and review of study documents and reports.
- Data Monitoring: Overseeing study progress and verifying data accuracy and completeness.
Ideal Candidate For IHCRA Job Opportunity at ICON:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in clinical research or a similar regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
