Job Summary
The Associate Scientist will be responsible for conducting analysis and laboratory testing procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards. This role involves data analysis, documentation, and collaboration within a fast-paced laboratory environment.
What youโll be doing
- Performing and documenting analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing routine data and escalating unusual results as needed.
- Preparing buffers, solutions, and conducting calibration/maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Assisting in quality investigations and providing hands-on training to entry-level staff.
- Participating in cross-functional projects and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and 6S requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelorโs Degree in a relevant field.
- 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices.
- Experience with automation or specialized lab equipment.
