About the Role
The Production Management Internship at McCain offers a unique opportunity to gain manufacturing technical knowledge and hands-on experience across key operational processes. Interns will learn process management, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and production system operations.
This internship is a direct pathway to McCain’s Production Management Trainee (PMT) Program—a two-year, accelerated leadership development program designed to prepare future manufacturing leaders through rotational, hands-on experiences.
Interns will support plant operations, contribute to team goals, and work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or alternate shift requirements. Candidates should be interested in leadership, business management, and manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support core manufacturing functions and identify improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful in Food Science Internships at McCain
