Job Title: Lab Analyst (Day Shift)
Laboratory Analysts at Nelson Labs conduct testing under supervised conditions according to established procedures. We are looking for individuals who excel at following instructions, pay meticulous attention to detail, and uphold high standards of integrity to ensure high-quality results.
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- No experience necessary. We provide training for motivated individuals.
Preferred Experience (not required):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Life Science (e.g., Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry)
- Prior laboratory experience
Shifts:
Shifts are typically 8 hours per day unless otherwise specified. The specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
- Shift Start: 8/9 am
- Days worked: Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing following established procedures
- Record and analyze testing data with precision
- Communicate any issues during testing to lab leadership
- Assist with quality event reviews and support lab operations as needed
Physical Requirements:
The role involves physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
