Qualifications & Skills

College-level training in Biology/Microbiology (BS preferred)

Knowledge of GMP and GLP practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities
As a Microbiology Lab Technician at P&G, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting raw material and finished product microbiology testing

Performing RO/DI water sampling and Environmental Monitoring

Maintaining quality systems and ensuring smooth facility operations

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and loss elimination

Documenting and reporting critical issues to management

Operating, maintaining, calibrating, and cleaning lab equipment

Following Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practices (GMP/GLP)
