The Position

The Opportunity
This role involves completing manufacturing tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Roche’s quality standards:
- Support the Biochemical Manufacturing Department in meeting objectives
- Embody PT Lean Production System (LPS) for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety, cGMP, and Biochemical Manufacturing guidelines
- Operate computer-based process control systems
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with team members
ย Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
- 3 years of experience for diploma holders, 7 years for NITEC or equivalent holders
- Biologics experience is a plus
Must possess problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication, and be safety-oriented. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with computer systems are desirable. Background in microbiology, fermentation, or protein purification is a bonus. Willingness to commit to a one-year contract is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements
- Observance of site security measures
- Reporting of safety incidents and hazard awareness
