About ProPharma Medical Information:
ProPharma is seeking Multilingual Medical Information Specialists, specifically German-speaking professionals, to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for life science graduates and can be carried out remotely in the UK or within one of ProPharma’s European entities.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Answer technical questions about designated products accurately and professionally.
- Follow specific Working Practices as agreed with clients.
- Recognize and handle adverse events and product reports in compliance with SOPs.
- Translate documents and deliver responses in the target language or English.
- Log all enquiries accurately and maintain confidentiality as per Data Privacy regulations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on various areas of the job, such as Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
Requirements:
This role is suitable for individuals familiar with call center environments or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry. To be considered, you must have:
- A completed Pharmacy or life science degree.
- Mother tongue/C1 level proficiency in the target language and fluency in English.
- Strong translation skills and an excellent phone manner.
- Ability to manage workload, attention to detail, and work independently.
