Internship Summary
International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a motivated intern to join its Application Technologist team in Madison, Wisconsin. This full-time, onsite internship offers students the chance to engage in hands-on projects involving dairy cultures and milk coagulation enzymes in products like cheese and yogurt.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on one major and one to two minor projects focused on dairy product development.

Assist application specialists from experimental design to project completion.

Operate small-scale lab and pilot plant equipment to produce trial samples.

Utilize laboratory analytical equipment to test samples and analyze data.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Present final project reports to the application team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a BS / Master’s / Ph.D. D Degree in Dairy or Dairy-related Food Science program.
