Overview
As a Recipe Specialist at Wyeth Nutritionals, Singapore, you will be responsible for overseeing I&R projects in the factory, new recipe development, introduction of new products, and maintaining existing products. Additionally, you will provide expertise in nutrition science and ensure compliance with Nestlé policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize nutritional formulations and lead improvement action programs
- Review data and carry out necessary corrective actions
- Conduct raw material evaluation and adjust ingredients to optimize product quality
- Support product development and renovation for improved nutritional profiles
- Complete recipe and formulation reviews as per schedule
- Involved in the reformulation of existing products and the development of new formulations
- Maintain material data accuracy for new product development
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, food, or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
