Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Train in laboratory and production areas to understand plant operations for cheese and whey manufacturing.

Conduct chemical and microbiological testing of finished products and raw ingredients.

Perform physical and sensory evaluations (e.g., pizza melt tests, body, texture, and flavor analysis).

Assist with food safety programs including HACCP, sanitation, glass control, and environmental monitoring for pathogens.

Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Support Quality Assurance (QA) projects and initiatives as assigned.

Participate in production-related projects to enhance plant operations.
