Salary Range
$62,000.00 – $102,000.00 per year
Position Overview
The Associate Research Scientist I, with guidance from more experienced scientists, assists in the day-to-day experimental work that includes the execution of bench experiments and the gathering and assembling of data. The role primarily involves Research and Development projects aiming to translate research ideas into the product development pipeline for diagnostic assay products.
Essential Duties
- Conduct bench-level experiments within a specific product or technology area.
- Generate and analyze data accurately.
- Operate scientific instrumentation and notify appropriate personnel of any problems.
- Maintain lab notebook following all legal, ISO, and QSR requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation of experimental methods and results.
- Communicate results to supervisor or other scientists.
- Work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
The annual base salary shown is for this position located at 501 Charmany Dr on a full-time basis. Additional benefits include bonuses and eligibility for company stock, paid time off, retirement savings plans, and comprehensive health benefits.
