Requirements
- Education: PhD in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or equivalent industry experience
- Hands-on expertise with Bioanalytical techniques
- Laboratory experience in the Biotechnology industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with Bioconjugation methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with Immunochemical techniques (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects to develop bioconjugate products
- Conduct feasibility testing and development planning
- Execute plans for manufacturing processes and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $94,100 to $129,400. Actual compensation will be based on various factors. Eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
