Life Science Job Eurofins- Role:
The Cell-Based Assay Scientist will support vaccine and biopharmaceutical projects by performing ELISAs, cell-based infectivity assays, flow cytometry, and related experimental analyses in a high-throughput environment. The role requires maintaining multiple cell lines, preparing solutions and media, and documenting results in compliance with GMP standards.
Life Science Jobs Eurofins- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ELISAs and cell-based assays (infectivity, uPlaque, Foci forming, Flow cytometry) on live vaccine products and process intermediates.
- Analyze and review experimental data.
- Maintain multiple cell lines and prepare culture media and solutions.
- Document and maintain test results following GMP and quality standards.
- Utilize automation equipment and software such as Tecan, Precise Robot, Biotek Multiflo Liquid Handler, Ambistore, and Cellario.
Scientist- Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific field.
- 1โ2 years of laboratory experience including ELISAs, aseptic techniques, and cell culture.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
- Experience with automation systems and laboratory software is highly preferred.
