Job Overview:
The Quality Management Associate Scientist (QMAS) at BD performs microbiological tests on various plated and liquid culture media products, interpreting data to ensure product quality. The role involves working with aseptic techniques, standard microbiology laboratory techniques, and operating instruments of moderate complexity. Additionally, the QMAS may support product inspection for investigations and projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, Microbiology, or related Life Science
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a Microbiological or Medical Technology Laboratory
- Experience with microbes, bacteria, and biosafety level 2 laboratories
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as FDA, GMP, QSR, and ISO
- Good documentation practices in a GMP environment
