About the Role
As an Associate Scientist in Downstream Purification, you will support CMC process development of antibody-based therapeutics within UCB’s Biologics Process Sciences (BPS) department. You will work across pre-clinical to Phase III clinical studies and contribute to process validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow documented procedures carefully to undertake assigned activities.
- Generate accurate and reliable data within required timeframes.
- Deliver project results and share findings for team discussions.
- Compile collected data for technical reports or publications.
- Maintain high standards in record keeping and documentation.
- Present scientific findings to the team through presentations and discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of downstream techniques in biologics process development.
- Experience performing chromatography on antibodies according to lab protocols.
- Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
