LifeSciences CRA Job Opportunity – Job Responsibilities:
- Site Monitoring: Conduct initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits independently
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with ISO 14155, ICH-GCP, and local regulations
- Data Quality: Verify source documents and CRFs, resolve data queries, and report protocol deviations
- TMF Management: Maintain essential documents, proactively address TMF gaps, and uphold inspection readiness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support timelines, internal meetings, and audit readiness
LifeSciences CRA Job Opportunity – Qualifications & Skills:
- Life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related degree
- 1โ2 years CRA or clinical monitoring experience
- Strong understanding of ISO 14155, ICH-GCP
- Hands-on TMF, CTMS, eTMF, and EDC system experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
- Willing to travel (domestic and occasional global)
