Educational Requirements:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related discipline.
Key Responsibilities of the Intern Role:
- Contribute to the medical affairs strategy for a developing therapy in lung diseases.
- Review and support the development of scientific publications.
- Learn the connection between clinical development and medical affairs.
- Gain exposure to all medical affairs functions and how medical strategy drives program success.
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to understand field operations.
- Participate in team projects contributing to Insmedโs strategic business goals that enhance your Life Science Career.
Skills Required for the Intern Role:
You Should Have:
- Interest in pursuing a pharmaceutical industry career.
- Understanding of Medical Affairs roles and relevant guidance (PhRMA code, HCP interactions, compliance awareness).
- Ability to interpret scientific/clinical/real-world evidence data.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity.
