Job Summary
The Entry Level Microbiologist will complete training and work alongside experienced analysts to perform microbiological testing on bio/pharmaceutical ingredients and products. Responsibilities include preparing samples and reagents, running analytical equipment, reviewing data, and ensuring all work complies with GMP/GLP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory & Technical Duties

Perform microbiological tests using proper aseptic technique, precision, and accuracy.

Prepare reagents, samples, and standards according to established procedures.

Conduct instrument operation and data processing independently or with guidance.

Document observations, deviations, and results completely and accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
Compliance & Quality

Apply GMP/GLP practices in all responsibilities.

Review laboratory data for clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Follow analytical procedures, SOPs, and client-provided methods.

Meet quality and productivity metrics.
Communication & Collaboration

Communicate effectively with team members and clients (written and verbal).

Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration.

Work with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data and reporting.
Availability

Minimum Qualifications For a Microbiologist Job
