Position Summary:

  • Full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).

  • Catalent Winchester provides integrated analytical and development services with 28 years of excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing and product development.

  • The Microbiologist will perform complex microbiological analyses supporting raw materials, finished goods, and environmental monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct microbial testing as per USP/NF/EP/JP or customer guidelines, including microbial water analysis and environmental monitoring.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and interpret microbial test results effectively.

  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and perform peer reviews of microbiological testing.

  • Prepare validation protocols, lead investigations on Out of Specification (OOS) results, and maintain cGMP standards.

Candidate Qualifications for Entry-Level Microbiology Jobs:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology (preferably Microbiology or Biology).

  • Experience in a microbiology laboratory, chemical manufacturing, or clinical setting.
