Job Description:
As a Microbiology Intern at TAMKO, you will contribute to R&D projects by:

Designing and executing experiments to monitor bacterial growth.

Studying the influence of water quality, temperature, pH, and bacterial types on microbial growth.

Using statistical tools to analyze data and identify trends.

Presenting your research findings and offering recommendations for improvement.

Following strict lab safety protocols.

Collaborating with the Principal Scientist and engineers to align findings with glass manufacturing processes.
Bachelorโs Microbiology Internship at TAMKO – Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Currently enrolled in a Bachelorโs program in Microbiology or a related scientific field
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS

Understanding of basic mathematical and statistical principles

Reasoning and problem-solving skills in standardized lab settings

Ability to work independently and in small team environments
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
