Job Summary
Eurofins’ Raw Material Team is seeking a motivated Entry Level Cell & Molecular Associate to join its Cell Assay Laboratory. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemical assay development. It’s one of the most exciting jobs at Eurofins for individuals passionate about research and laboratory excellence.
Responsibilites
- Perform aseptic tissue culture techniques such as expansion and seeding of adherent and suspension tissue culture lines, including numerous mammalian culture cell lines.
- Perform common lab skills, including microscopy, aseptic media preparation, mechanical pipetting, serial dilution preparations, and basic calculations, including the use of Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform tissue culture-based analytical testing, including growth promotion testing of media components.
- Review and evaluate raw data for acceptability.
- Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department.
- Document work as required for GMP compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular or cell biology, or related field or other related degree concentration.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Additional Information
Working schedule will be Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA, are encouraged to apply. No relocation assistance will be given. This position is NOT remote.
