About the Job:
We’re hiring a Molecular Scientist to join our growing team. If you have deep hands-on PCR experience and a strong background in molecular biology, assay development, and sample prep, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, optimize, and run PCR/qPCR assays (including RT-PCR)
- Extract and purify RNA from urine and blood samples
- Develop and validate new molecular protocols and workflows
- Analyze, document, and interpret assay results
- Support cross-functional projects with R&D and clinical teams
- Maintain high-quality standards across lab operations and records
What We’re Looking For as Molecular Scientist Job:
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on industry experience in a molecular diagnostics or R&D setting
- Strong experience with sample prep, pipetting, and PCR assay design
- Experience with platforms like INTEGRA Assist Plus or QuantStudio 5
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a CLIA-certified or FDA-regulated lab
- Familiarity with laboratory automation or high-throughput systems
