Job Responsibilities

Collaborate on biomarker aspects of clinical and genomics studies

Develop Biomarker Evaluation Plans ensuring project-wide consistency

Provide statistical input and utilize AI/ML in development

Organize statistical biomarker research across studies for MSc PhD Biostatistics Job

Design and execute complex analysis algorithms
-
Handle biomarker data (RNA, Olink, etc.)

Deliver Biomarker Evaluation Reports and interpretation

Independently solve advanced statistical modeling tasks

Standardize biomarker assessment analysis processes
Qualifications
-
PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently or in collaboration

Expertise in AI and ML approaches

Experience leading biomarker studies

Previous clinical trial and industry experience preferred

Knowledge in immunology, infection biomarkers, and type I diabetes

Proficient in R (Bioconductor) and Python
-
Skilled in high-dimensional data analysis
