As a Science & Analytical Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the science and technology research process, supporting product development, testing, and method optimization. This is a paid, full-time internship designed to give graduate students valuable experience in analytical research and product innovation.
Internship Responsibilities

Rapid prototyping of liquid beverages with new ingredients

Conduct analytical testing of prototype samples

Analyze data trends linked to product development challenges

Communicate research findings through internal reports
Requirements

Pursuing a PhD or Master’s degree in Food Science or related field (with at least one semester remaining after the internship)

Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

Availability: May/June 2026 start for a 6-month duration

Strong skills in communication, data analysis, and organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation
This is a paid internship opportunity, with a target compensation range of $25–$28 per hour, based on skills, experience, and location.
