Internship Overview
The R&D Science Intern will work within the Immunoassay Research and Development team to support the creation and validation of automated immunoassays. Under the guidance of experienced scientists, interns will participate in laboratory operations, material inventory, documentation, and experimental studies. This program is designed to provide real-world applications of R&D processes and innovation in diagnostics.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates for this R&D Science Internship are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelorโs degree in Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field.

Possess 0โ2 years of laboratory experience (academic coursework acceptable).

Knowledgeable in laboratory practices and scientific methods.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiar with statistical methods and design of experiments (preferred).
Key Responsibilities

Work on a defined project within the Immunoassay Development team.

Assist in laboratory operations, including inventory management and maintenance.

Learn and apply good laboratory practices and scientific methods.
