Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Summer Intern 2026

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a primary project with measurable business impact

  • Support food safety and quality compliance programs

  • Conduct process quality assessments and product testing

  • Perform data analysis, trend identification, and corrective actions

  • Operate lab instruments and manage product inspections

  • Gain exposure to HACCP, GMP, auditing, and food microbiology practices

Internship Program Highlights:

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field

  • Graduation between Dec 2026 and Summer 2028

  • Geographic flexibility to relocate within the U.S.

  • Strong initiative, teamwork, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA 3.0 or higher

  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food additives, sanitation, and labeling

  • Leadership experience or prior operations exposure

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
