Location: Devens, MA, US
Job Description: Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our QC Analytical team as an Associate for Cell Therapy at our Devens facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting bioanalytical testing for in-process, release, and stability testing of cell therapy drug products.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct bioanalytical testing of cell therapy drug products.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and cGMP requirements.
- Assist in investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate effectively with management.
- Support QC and manufacturing operations.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience with laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of cell and molecular biology techniques.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelorโs degree in physical or life sciences.
- 0-2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience.
Shifts Available: Sunday โ Wednesday, 6am โ 4pm (position requires shift coverage on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather conditions), onsite.
