Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control testing, calibrations, and maintenance on lab instruments

Maintain detailed records, chromatograms, graphs, and test reports following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Assist with batch adjustments, statistical process control, and report test results to QA and production
-
Maintain lab inventory, prepare reagents, and ensure calibration and standardization of equipment
-
Support 12-hour rotating shifts (day & night), alternating 36 and 48-hour work weeks including weekends

Communicate findings promptly and accurately with production and QA teams
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Biology
-
2+ years’ experience in chemical/lab/manufacturing settings
-
Working knowledge of wet lab techniques and lab instrumentation
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in standing/bending positions
-
Must pass drug screen and physical exam
-
