Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will support quality operations on the LC8 Production floor for diagnostic instruments, including monitoring processes, resolving nonconformities, and supporting process improvement initiatives. The Life Science Job role involves monitoring production processes, resolving part nonconformities, organizing work areas, and analyzing data to support quality decisions. Candidates will gain experience in regulatory compliance, project management, and quality methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Quality operations on the LC8 Production floor for diagnostic instruments.
- Lead discussions to resolve nonconforming parts.
- Organize work areas and manage segregation of nonconforming parts.
- Apply quality tools for root cause analysis and process improvement.
- Analyze production data to guide quality decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelorโs Degree in Life Science
Experience and Skills
- 0โ3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- A basic understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Skills in project management, quality methodologies, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
