Job Description

The Quality Control Analyst is an entry-level role that performs essential analytical testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, stability, and cleaning validation. Candidates with a BS in Biology or Chemistry will gain hands-on experience in a fully equipped analytical lab.ย This role involves testing, data analysis, and maintaining accurate records to ensure product quality and compliance with USP, NF, EP, JP, FCC, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate analytical testing (Dissolution, Titration, Polarimetry, HPLC, GC, FTIR, and more).
  • Maintain precise laboratory records and report analytical results.
  • Schedule and execute daily lab tasks efficiently.
  • Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments.
  • Peer review testing results and assist in SOP documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Biology, or Life Sciences

Experience and Skills

  • Entry-level candidates welcome; prior lab or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of lab safety and chemical handling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, clinical, or chemical manufacturing environments, including internships.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of analytical lab techniques and instrumentation.
