Job Summary
We seek a Quality Control Lab Technician to join our citrus manufacturing team. In this role, you will conduct various analyses on citrus samples to ensure quality standards are met. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will support our production processes.
About the Job
To succeed as a QC Lab Technician, you will need at least 1 year of experience in a Quality Technician role, preferably within the citrus or aroma chemical industry. Your primary duties will include performing chemical, physical, and organoleptic analysis of samples, data entry, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses on quality and service analysis for samples.
- Performing data entry into various databases and reporting results.
- Collaborating with the QC Manager/Supervisor or lead on assigned tasks.
Required Skills
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A bachelorโs degree in chemistry, biology, science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Ability to identify and resolve inspection errors.
