R&D Operations Scientist
Based in Tuas, Singapore

Job Responsibilities as R&D Scientist:
- Development of lab-scale prototypes, producing pilot plans for beverage-based parts and final products.
- Designs, produces, and evaluates product prototypes through lab testing.
- Performs chemical analyses using instrumental methods to determine sample composition.
- Designs, conducts, and reviews experiments for new product development.
- Writes detailed reports for analyses, experiments, or projects.
- Participates in team projects, committees, or company-wide initiatives.
- Works on product development projects assigned by the line manager.
- Leads project meetings with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of successful experience in product development in the beverage industry.
- Basic knowledge of organic chemistry and flavor compounds relevant to Company products.
- Knowledge of key ingredients used in flavor production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and chromatography data systems.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility through written reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
