Job Description
Job Title: Research Associate – Bioassay
Location: Chesterfield, Missouri
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will learn and work with:
- Developing, performing, and troubleshooting in vitro cell-based expression assays
- Supporting assay development through molecular biology techniques as Research Associate
- Documenting and reporting laboratory data in line with GMP practices
- Collaborating within cross-functional project teams for accurate testing
Qualifications
Minimum Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant life science field
- 1-3 years of relevant industrial experience preferred for Research Associate
- Hands-on experience with molecular and cell biology techniques
- Experience in GMP environments
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to good documentation practices
Desired Skills:
- PCR/qPCR preferred for Research Associate
- Method validation experience
