Research Internship Opportunity At Teva- Role:
As an Intern – Critical Reagents, you’ll join Teva’s Specialty Bioanalytics Department for a 12-week, full-time program. Guided by mentors and experienced scientists, you’ll contribute directly to ongoing research supporting reagent generation for bioanalytical methods. You’ll gain valuable lab experience in protein production, characterization, and troubleshooting, while developing your understanding of cell and molecular biology processes in a real-world pharmaceutical setting.
Life Science Internship- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Critical Reagents group in day-to-day lab operations and project activities.
- Participate in protein production and characterization to develop reagents used in bioanalytical testing.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting to improve reagent efficiency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Global R&D initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow laboratory safety protocols.
- Gain exposure to real-world challenges in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and quality testing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Immunology, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.
Fundamental understanding of:
- Cell and molecular biology
- Protein chemistry
- Cell culture techniques
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks between mid-May and mid-August.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative biopharma projects.
