The Molecular Assay Development and Target Validation Team within the Parasitology Research Department is seeking a motivated and curious Co-Op student to support ongoing discovery projects. Youโll work in a collaborative environment to explore host-pathogen interactions, perform molecular biology techniques such as RNAi, DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, and qRT-PCR, and assist in developing innovative molecular tools.

- Conduct molecular biology experiments (DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, qRT-PCR).
- Design and validate experimental procedures.
- Take ownership of a molecular parasitology research project.
- Present research findings at team meetings.

Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in biological sciences or related field.
