Research Lab Technician Job Description
As a Research Lab Technician at Arxada, you will play a key role in advancing product innovation and process optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Lab and Pilot Experiments: Perform experiments under strict quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Plan and Prepare Experiments: Choose equipment, plan logistics, and implement safety protocols.
- Document and Analyze Results: Maintain accurate records of experiments, data analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain Laboratory and Equipment: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop advanced technical skills, share best practices, and enhance lab processes.
Research Lab Technician Job – Educational Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in a scientific field.
Experience and Skills
- ย Prior lab or pilot plant experience preferred.
- ย Strong practical laboratory skills, equipment handling, data documentation, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $63,000 โ $77,000 (dependent on experience, education, and location).
