Education:
BS or MS in Biology or related discipline
Experience:
- 2+ years of neuroscience experience.
- Experience with handling iPSCs and primary neuronal culture is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize in vitro differentiation protocols and iPSC-derived neuronal/glial cell cultures.
- Establish and maintain neuronal co-cultures and primary rodent neuronal cultures.
- Support the development of molecular and functional assays in human pluripotent stem cell-derived systems.
- Conduct molecular biology, biochemistry, and imaging-based analysis.
- Provide insights on next-generation technologies, including sequencing methods.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to advance discovery programs.
