Key Responsibilities
- In this Associate Scientist job, perform a range of laboratory techniques under GMP conditions, including cell-based assays, ELISAs, and protein characterization, to support the testing of biological products such as monoclonal antibodies, cell and gene therapies, and vaccines.
- Support the smooth and efficient running of laboratory activities by managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring materials and reagents are available, in date, and ready for use.
- Complete laboratory records to the required standards, maintaining full traceability of samples, reagents, and equipment.
- Prepare and review controlled documentation, including material specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), change controls, and risk assessments.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inspection-ready laboratory, ensuring continuous compliance with GxP regulations.

Associate Scientist Job Eligibility Criteria
- HNC in a scientific discipline, or BSc/MSc in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or related field; cell culture/ELISA experience is beneficial.
