About the Job:
The Scientific Support Specialist – Virology plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our virology quality control processes. This position demands a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
Job Duties Include:
- Execute rigorous technical oversight of Virology quality control assays, ensuring adherence to strict protocols and standards.
- Maintain laboratory integrity through meticulous performance of essential duties, including cleaning, inventory management, and cold room organization (5S methodology).
- Produce high-quality technical documentation to support laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in a scientific field with 1+ years of experience or MS with graduate research/6 months+ experience
- Aseptic laboratory technique and troubleshooting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and develop innovative solutions
- Strong organizational skills and GMP knowledge
