About the Role
As a Scientist I, you’ll work in our environmental testing laboratory, focusing on wet chemistry while supporting projects that make a tangible impact on health and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and support the analysis, administration, and oversight of air, water, and soil samples using standard chemistry and biochemistry practices.
- Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation on all laboratory work.
- Support the development of innovative practices that promote sustainability and quality data.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, stand for extended periods, and follow strict safety procedures.
- Safety: Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses – provided by Pace®).
