Accountabilities
In this role, you will work in a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) environment, utilizing advanced science and technology for routine biomarker analysis. You will interpret and communicate data within a matrix team to impact clinical decisions on therapeutic doses and schedules. Through the study of tumors at relapse, you will dive deep into cancer pathways, rational drug combinations, and resistance mechanisms.
Essential Skills/Experience
- BSc or Master’s in a relevant field
- Experience in immunohistochemistry (manual or automated)
- Experience in microtomy
- Good Clinical Practice experience
- Experience with human tissues and histopathology methods
- Knowledge or experience in tumor drivers and resistance, DNA damage response, immuno-oncology, and antibody drug conjugates
- Experience with human tissue tracking software
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Development and validation of biomarker assays
- Experience with digital image analysis solutions
- Skills in multiplexed immunohistochemistry or situ hybridization assays
- Pharmaceutical industry and drug development exposure
