Job Description:
We seek a Senior Scientist to join our Motor Neuron Diseases research team. You will be involved in research studies to understand the biology behind various motor neuron diseases, such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. As a part of our team, you will work on developing and characterizing cellular and animal models to test novel therapeutics, collecting disease-relevant tissue from animal models of neurodegenerative disease, designing cell-based assays, analyzing data, and presenting findings internally and externally.

This Role Might Be For You If:
If you have a PhD with 0- 3+ years of experience or a Bachelorโs or Master’s degree in biology, molecular biology, neuroscience, or related biological sciences with 10- 12+ years of relevant experience. Experience with animal models of neurodegenerative diseases, histology, tissue preparation, and cell culture is highly desirable. You are passionate about understanding neurodegenerative diseases and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Salary Range (annually): $108,300.00 – $176,700.00
