Job Description
PepsiCoโs Frito-Lay Supply Chain Internship is designed to provide undergraduates with a dynamic, real-world experience in food safety, quality management, and supply chain operations. This 10-week paid program is ideal for highly motivated students pursuing degrees in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Processing Engineering who want to develop leadership and technical skills in the food industry.
Nationwide Opportunities
Although the role is posted at HQ in Plano, Texas, PepsiCo places interns nationwide across both field and headquarter locations. This means you could gain exposure in different settings, from manufacturing plants to corporate offices.
What Youโll Do
During the internship, you will:

Analyze and develop food safety and quality metrics

Report findings to teams and leadership

Support business case analysis, auditing, process improvements, and risk assessments
