Takeda Vaccines is seeking a VBU Product Operations Associate for its Cambridge, MA facility. This is a dynamic life sciences job where you’ll independently perform assays, manage data analysis, and contribute to innovative vaccine production processes. Qualifications for life science job:
- MS in Life Sciences with at least 2 years of laboratory experience
 OR
- BS in Life Sciences or Medical Technology with 4+ years of lab experience
- Proficiency in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent cell culture, plaque assays, immunoassays, RNA/DNA isolation, and PCR.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) and LIMS.
- Support analytical method automation and troubleshooting of assay issues.
- Participate in lab upkeep, restocking, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in preparing SOPs, protocols, technical reports, and quantitative analyses.
- Deliver timely results to ensure project milestones are met with quality standards.
Skills Required for life science job:
- Expertise in molecular biology, cell culture, and ELISA-based assays.
- Strong understanding of lab automation and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment with precision and accountability.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
