Job Description:

Perform laboratory tests within various specialties following prescribed procedures.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.

Identify and correct basic analyzer malfunctions, notifying management when necessary.

Prepare reagents or media and evaluate them according to established criteria.

Conduct and review quality control procedures and implement corrective actions when required.

Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Eurofins’ quality management system.

Requirements for Laboratory Technician Jobs:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology from an accredited institution.

Licensing requirements (as applicable):

California: Must hold a Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (State Department of Public Health).

Georgia: Must successfully complete a certification examination from ASCP, AMT, NCA, or AAB.
