Job Description
- As a Regulatory Assistant in the Clinical Trials Office, you will:
- Assist with regulatory functions for clinical research activities.
- Prepare protocol submissions to IRBs and provide submission updates.
- Support the preparation and distribution of required regulatory documents.
- Relay regulatory information to clinical research staff.
- Enter and maintain study data in the OnCore electronic database.
- Assist with monitoring visits and address regulatory issues.
- Create and maintain accurate regulatory files for compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for clinical research protocols.
- Prepare, track, and update IRB submissions and approvals.
- Maintain and organize regulatory files and study-related documentation.
- Collaborate with research staff to distribute approved documents and updates.
- Provide data entry support and manage information in electronic systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in biological sciences, health sciences, or life sciences (or equivalent education/experience).
- Experience in a clinical research setting preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and database systems (OnCore experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
