- Executed molecular and protein assays under SOP and cGMP standards, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Prepared buffers, reagents, and process solutions for ongoing research and analytical testing.
- Operated and maintained lab instruments (chromatography systems, centrifuges, incubators) with calibration tracking.
- Recorded and reviewed all test data in compliance with GDP standards for audit readiness.
- Collaborated with scientists and QA personnel to identify and correct deviations or data inconsistencies.
- Led process optimization initiatives to improve reproducibility and reduce equipment downtime.
