Educational Requirements for Quality Specialist Role:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, or a related field
Key Responsibilities of Quality Specialist Role:
- Perform final QA review for shipments and associated documentation to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Review center records for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; initiate investigations and document regulatory deficiencies.
- Manage training activities at the center level, including maintaining training documents and Learning Management System (LMS) records.
- Conduct internal audits, ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards, and support audit readiness.
- Identify non-conformities, support corrective action implementation, and verify effectiveness of quality improvements.
- Promote and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures.
Skills Required for Quality Specialist Role:
