Job Summary
As a Sample Handling Associate, you’ll manage critical inventory and documentation for incoming and outgoing samples. Working in a GMP-regulated laboratory, you will support stability testing, reference material tracking, and assist with sample aliquoting and shipment preparation. This is a perfect opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while supporting the advancement of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical testing.
Biology & Chemistry Job Opportunity – Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly inventory and physical counting of stability/reference material units
- Document inventory accurately in LabWare LIMS system
- Receive incoming shipments, unpack boxes, and distribute materials
- Assist with GMP-compliant outgoing shipment preparation
- Conduct sample aliquoting and support analytical sample workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Biology & Chemistry Job Opportunity – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Familiarity with laboratory practices and safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of chemistry or general science preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
- Self-motivated and capable of meeting tight deadlines
